The engagement

Firstspec builds a scoped MVP for a fixed price, over a fixed timeline, as agreed with you before any work begins. The scope is set during the product clarity phase and confirmed with you before building starts.

Payment

Pricing and payment terms are agreed with each client before work begins and are not covered by this page. Current pricing is listed on our pricing page.

Ownership

At handoff, full source code and platform access for your project are transferred to you. Once handed off, the product is yours to use, modify, and operate as you see fit.

No outcome guarantee

We build the product you and Firstspec agree on. We do not guarantee business outcomes such as user growth, revenue, or funding, since those depend on factors outside the build itself.

Support

Post-launch support is limited to the period stated in your engagement. Work beyond that period is a separate, new engagement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one in effect.
