The week that saves your money
Most studios start building on day one. We spend the first week making sure the thing being built deserves to exist.
Kickoff call
Sixty minutes. You talk, we ask the uncomfortable questions: who is this for, what do they do today, what happens if this does not exist.
ICP and core flow
We define the one person your product serves and the one flow that gets them value. "Everyone" is not an answer, and neither is a feature list. This becomes your ICP and core user flow.
PRD and the cut list
Everything worth building goes in the PRD. Everything else goes on the cut list, with the reason it can wait. The cut list is usually longer.
Prototype and sign-off
You see a clickable prototype of exactly what version one will be. Nothing moves to the build until you approve it. This is the gate.
Six days of building the right thing
The build is the easy part when the spec is right. This is where AI-native speed pays off: days, not months.
Core flows, working
Auth, onboarding, and your primary user flow, built end to end on Lovable and Supabase. Real data, real accounts, no smoke.
Every remaining flow
The rest of the approved spec gets built and connected: integrations, edge states, and the details that make it feel like a product, not a demo.
Deploy to your domain
The MVP goes live on your own domain with analytics wired in. You watch it happen, because you have been updated the whole way.
Day 14: it's yours
No retainer, no lock-in, no "talk to us to make changes." You leave with the product and everything needed to run it.
The handoff includes a recorded Loom walkthrough of everything we built, so you can revisit it any time. Basic analytics are already set up, so you are measuring from day one.
Full source code and platform access transfer to you. And for the week after launch, we stay on Slack for questions, fixes, and the small surprises every launch has.
